ON-CAMPUS HOUSING:

A limited number of spaces are available in Fordham’s 12-story McKeon Hall residence, which is located in the same building in which Institute classes are held.  This on-campus option offers student dormitory-style double rooms, available from Sunday 24 June to Saturday 7 July, for a flat-fee of $1365 per person.  We regret that we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures.

The official deadline to book Summer 2018 on-campus housing at Fordham University is 31 January 2018. Reservations may still be accepted after 31 January on a first-come, first-served basis, while space remains available; however, please note that reservations made after 31 January are non-refundable. To check availability, please email leitnercenter@law.fordham.edu.

The available rooms are equipped with:

  • Two twin beds
  • Two dressers
  • Two wardrobes
  • Two sets of sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

Each double room shares a bathroom with one other double, so you will be sharing a bedroom with one other person, and a bathroom with three.   Bedrooms and shared baths are booked by gender; however, male and female clusters may share floors in the residence hall. Additional amenities available in McKeon Hall include:

  • Wireless internet access
  • 24 hour security
  • Laundry facilities
  • Common lounge spaces
  • Air Conditioning
  • Linens changed weekly

* Notice of Immunization Requirement: Pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 2165, all residents of Fordham housing born on or after January 1, 1957, must have on file proof of immunity from measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR).  Participants may be required to submit official proof of immunization, signed by a physician, upon arrival at campus housing. Please allow sufficient time for this series of shots, which must be administered at least one month apart.
